Royal Mail new mobile app

Earlier this month Royal Mail launched a new mobile app with the aim to support customers with handling their deliveries.

Customers are able to track their deliveries from their smart phone with their reference number.

Additional features include being able to book a redelivery, find the nearest Customer Service Point, and postcode address finder.

A spokesman from the Royal Mail said “The new Royal Mail app is helping recipients to manage their deliveries more effectively, providing all the information they need at their fingertips. We will be looking to load the app with even more functionality over the coming months. This latest enhancement is part of a programme of innovation making Royal Mail’s services more accessible, convenient and digitally enabled for all.”

This will definitely be a great app in the run up to Christmas and the New Years.

The app is now available to download for free on App Store and Google Play store.
